This Privacy Notice (“Privacy Notice”) discloses the privacy practices for the website avasartifacts.com (the “Site”) owned and operated by Ava’s Artifacts. (“Ava’s Artifacts”, “we”, or “us”). We take precautions to protect your Personal Data. Personal Data (such as credit card data) is not collected directly through this Site; where it is collected it is collected and processed by a third-party vendor and in accordance with the vendor’s terms of use and privacy policy. HTTPS, the secure protocol for the web, safeguards users to the Site by creating encrypted connections between users and, protecting users’ privacy and the Personal Data shared directly to the Site. HTTPS is enabled with HTTP/2 (the latest hypertext transfer protocol), which also improves website load times for the best user experience. Ava’s Artifacts is also protected with a website firewall provided by for extra security.
