It was a whirlwind of a summer highlighted by a trip to South America including Argentina, Chile and Chile’s distant island (2,336 miles to be exact) Rapa Nui. We cannot say enough about these countries, the culture, the people, the wine, and the food. From Teatro Colon to endless Pisco Sours, Chilean wine, and last but certainly not least the Moai, it was a trip of a lifetime.
